Enterprise People are currently seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst for a leading Dublin city-centre (Hybrid) based client.

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the Junior Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between the business and IT to support (full training provided) and enhance our clients financial applications, providing reports and system insights when required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior business systems analyst to work in the financial services space, where your skills will be applied across a wide array of disciplines including application management, reporting and data management.

The Junior Business Systems Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a liaison between business and IT for assigned projects
• Gather, document and understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders on key financial systems
• Work directly with users to understand and translate business requirements
• Develop strong and effective working relationships
• Create reports for management and executive team members
• Create systems documentation through Word and PowerPoint
• Use a variety of data analysis tools to highlight impactful insights

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level Business Degree (Accounting a plus)
• Previous experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
• Previous experience working with a corporate financial application
• Financial Services experience
• Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
