Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a leading Dublin based financial services client.

Our client is a leader in the insurance and reinsurance space. The Dublin office is responsible for global business services through financial reporting and reinsurance services, technology services, transaction services (M&A) and strategic advisory services.

Working closely with the IT Delivery Director, the Senior Business Analyst will help integrate new internal projects by providing planning, design, execution and overseeing critical project decision points.

The Senior Business Analyst will be a seasoned professional with solid BA experience across multiple projects and disciplines who is ready for a new challenge.


The Senior Business Analyst will:


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Change Management - Understand the impact change brings to stakeholders, leverage your experience to ensure the right communication, planning and training/engagement is in place for successful change.
• Project Management – Collaborating, advising and providing quality assurance at all levels and stages of projects
• Current, Digital & Emerging Technology - Comfortable understanding and engaging with internal technology and business teams
• Innovative Mindset - Creative thinking with a strong interest in executing new strategies to drive IT solutions
• Commercial Management - Create Statements of Work, Service Agreements and review associated legal documents from a business perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A 3rd Level Business or IT Qualification
• 6+ Years’ Business Analysis experience
• Experience managing small projects
• Sound commercial awareness is essential (creating proposals, tenders etc)
• Good IT Consulting experience (Big 4 a plus)
• Good financial services experience
• Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential
• Project Management certification a plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
