Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a leading Dublin city-centre based client. (Hybrid)

Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will join the existing IT Applications team who are responsible for the delivery of a range of business & data related projects across our client’s group of companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business analyst to work on a broad range of interesting projects in the Insurance/Reinsurance space, where your skills will be applied across a wide array of disciplines including organisational change, business transformation and data analytics.

The Senior Business Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be the expert on eliciting requirements and transforming these into clear documented requirements for business and technical resources using the appropriate formats
• Change Management - understand the impacts change brings to stakeholders. Leverage your experience to ensure the right communication, planning and training/engagement is in place for successful change
• Relationship Management - interact with stakeholders at all levels and capabilities
• Work with process owners, developers and PMs on IT projects to understand and enhance current systems and processes, both Agile and Waterfall
• Quality & Delivery – hands on interest to ensure the final output meets the business expectations
• Create systems documentation through Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 6+ Years’ Business Analysis experience in the financial services space
• Solid BA experience on software development and/or data analytical projects
• Strong presentation skills
• Insurance/Reinsurance/IFRS17 experience
• Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential
• Excellent MS Office experience
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
