Enterprise People are currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a 12-18 Month daily rate hybrid contract. Working closely with the IT Delivery Director, the Programme Manager will manage a large Payroll System replacement programme of work that is currently underway.

The Programme Manager will be a seasoned IT professional with strong Payroll systems implementation experience.

The Programme Manager will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, direct, and motivate HR/Finance stakeholders and project teams to reach goals, objectives, and deliverables
• Manage and maintain project documentation, organise key reports, schedules, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all team members
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and following up on progress
• Monitor and report to board members on project milestones, providing regular updates and escalating any potential delays or issues.
• Assisting in risk and issue management by tracking identified risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place, and coordinating with teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A 3rd Level Business or IT Qualification
• 12+ Years Project Management experience (5+ in a Programme Manager role)
• Previous experience working with payroll management systems is essential
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools such as JIRA and MS Project
• Proficient in managing stakeholders, exhibit accountability and reliability in delivering results
• Experience with different project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
• Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information clearly and concisely for senior audiences
• Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential
• Project Management certification
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
